We have therefore introduced a loyalty scheme across our whole range and as you purchase you accumulate credits and if your total spend exceeds £100 in any twelve month period you will automatically have £10 deducted from your order total and your account will automatically re-set so you can immediately begin earning rewards again. We are a local business who likes to build personal relationships with our customers. We ship to all Mainland UK addresses but for customers local to us here in Kent we offer the free of charge option to reserve your purchase online and then collect your order in person from us or at the next local show that we will be attending ( please keep an eye on "News & Events") Please note that Royal Mail has restrictions on some products, and these products cannot be shipped via them in the normal way.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 12.00 Monday - Friday on the same day. For orders received after 12.00 we will dispatch on the next working day.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half kilo.
